Easterseals Annual Caregiver Conference:

“Caregiving: Up Close And Personal”  

Easterseals is partnering with the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities to bring you our 9th annual Caregiver Conference!

With this year’s theme “Caregiving:  Up Close and Personal”, attendees will learn from our speakers-some of whom are or have been caregivers themselves- tools and tips as they share their own experiences. Spend the day meeting and connecting with other caregivers and visit with the many exhibitors as well!
