Grief: The one thing everyone experiences is loss. But not everyone’s experience of loss is the same. Grief is the expression of loss. This webinar will discuss loss and how it is expressed through grief. Further, they will discuss how can we help ourselves when we experience grief and how can we help others when they experience grief.

 Nina is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Her approach begins with Cognitive Behavioral, Problem-Solving, and Mindfulness approaches but is person-centered in that she tailors the treatment to the presenting needs of each person. Nina believes that healing and growth response is best when the process is a collaborative effort to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
