Join Roadmap to Health’s nutrition presentation on Facebook with registered dietician Tracy Lockwood Beckerman on Friday, June 12th at 3pm EST. There will also be a special message from Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester. Roadmap to Health is a program dedicated to providing health resources to communities across the United States.
Tracy will be sharing tips and answering previously submitted questions about staying healthy through good nutrition during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on Food Shopping on a Budget During COVID-19.
