Following the August 5th Networking Breakfast, Unite Delaware will be hosting an information session for Family SHADE.  

Unite Delaware is a statewide coordinated network that connects health and social service organizations through a shared technology platform, Unite Us, to send and receive trackable referrals. Unite Delaware is sponsored by Christiana Care.
 
Community-based organizations that participate in the Unite Delaware network are connected through the Unite Us platform, which allows them to expand their organizational impact by easily connecting their clients to a wealth of services in less time than before, track their clients’ journey across the community, and report on tangible outcomes across a range of services and sectors. It is completely free for any community-based organization to participate in the network.
 
Unite Delaware currently connects 221 network users representing 49 organizations and offering 90 programs. In response to COVID-19, the network will rapidly expand to all counties within the state in order to respond to the immediate crisis, while also accelerating recovery efforts.
