How: Call 302-376-4399 to register for the Pfizer vaccine. Before Thursday, May 6th
Help will be available to complete all required paperwork.
Bring: Driver’s License or State ID and Insurance Card
Please inform FCIL before May 6th if you require sign language interpreter or accommodations for this event. 2nd shot will be given on June 6th at 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ****Please Wear A Mask at All Times****
