Family Survey EXTENDED DEADLINE – July 23

Parents, caregivers and families have dealt with a lot during the COVID-19 crisis, and many questions remain about the summer and fall. The Delaware Readiness Teams want to hear from you by Friday, July 23.

• What accommodations would be helpful to support your child/ren’s development going forward?
• What kinds of in-person activities are you willing to have your child/ren participate in?
• What are the most effective channels for communicating with you and your peers about supporting your child/ren and their learning?

Parents, caregivers, or families with children birth to age 10

How long will the survey take?
