- Delaware 2-1-1 Telephone Helpline: preferred source of information for people as they look for solutions to their issues. In addition, 2-1-1 is taking calls to help coordinate volunteer opportunities for nonprofits seeking volunteers and individuals looking to help out

DURING THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY. - Dover Behavioral Health System: Providing tips for taking care of one’s mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Epilepsy Foundation of DE/Project UPLIFT: This is a free, over the phone program that can give you the skills to reduce stress and anxiety in your life! For more information, please contact Val Budischak at vbudischak@efde.org
- Highmark Community Resources: Launched a new online social care network, called Aunt Bertha, where people can search for free or reduced cost services like medical care, food, job training, and more.
- Jewish Family Services of Delaware: Providing new service in response to COVID-19 offering JFS OnCall. This is not a crisis response line, but just a number to call to express worries, be heard, and gain support. The number is 302-781-4537 (4JFS) and the line will be open Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm.
- Latin American Community Center: Provides several important services/resources to the community at large that may be helpful, especially during the current pandemic.
- Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health: Is providing 100% of their services (individual and group
therapy, medication management and recovery services) via telehealth. - Parent Information Center of DE: A list of COVID-19 resources for families.
- PIC shared the following resource from the Child Mind Institute: Providing support for kids with ADHD during the Coronavirus Crisis.
- Partnership for Inclusive Disaster Strategies: Has a Disaster Hotline that provides information, referrals, guidance, technical assistance and resources to people with disabilities, their families, allies, organizations assisting disaster impacted individuals with disabilities and others seeking assistance with immediate and urgent disaster related needs. The Disaster Hotline is always available for intake calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at (800) 626-4959 and info@disasterstrategies.org.
- SUN Behavioral Delaware: Adapting their treatment programs to meet the needs of the community through telehealth consultation services.
- University of DE – College of Education and Human Development: Providing resources to support Delaware’s children, teachers, families and schools during the COVID-19 pandemic
- U.S. Department of Education: Created a Supplemental Fact Sheet addressing the risk of COVID-19 in preschool, elementary and secondary schools while serving children with disabilities
- U.S. Department of Education/Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services: Released a guidance document regarding the provision of special education services to children with disabilities during periods of school closures due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
