Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD)

The Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) carries out a broad range of activities on behalf of older persons and adults with physical disabilities.  As part of DSAAPD, The Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is a one-stop access point for information and services for older persons and adults with physical disabilities throughout the State as well as one-on-one options counseling.

The Home Modification Program pays for modifications to be made to the home of a person with a physical disability.  The changes are made to allow a person to move around more freely in the home.

Call DSAAPD to ask for information about programs and services that will benefit your family member with physical disabilities who is over age 18.
