Delaware Volunteer Legal Services (DVLS) assists clients with problems relating to special education, guardianship, and government benefits as well as divorce and custody cases involving domestic violence, housing, wills, homeownership and consumer issues. DVLS serves residents throughout the State of Delaware by providing pro bono legal services. They ensure that those individuals without financial resources will receive the same access to justice in civil matters as other litigants.

Eligibility for services is based on income. Clients must meet federal poverty income standards.
