The Early Learning Center (ELC) supports children and their families by providing quality programs in early care and education.  Children with disabilities are included in classrooms and accommodations are made for children with special needs. The ELC works with therapists from Child Development Watch and Christina School District to assist and monitor goals set in IEPs and IFSPs.
